Yoga - all levels

Beginners learn how to breathe properly through the progressive and safe practice of basic postures and insiders enjoy a smooth and fluid practice that works the entire body. Short meditation and deep relaxation complete the course in order to harmonize body and mind.

Yoga Flow - Intermediate

The coordination of breathing and movements are better controlled, you progress to new yoga postures in which you learn to stabilize your attention. You reach also an awareness of the principles related to the energy of the body and its surroundings.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also supportive and beneficial. Working the joints and muscles to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and circulation. It encourages quiet reflection, proper breathing, and a better posture. If traditional Yoga does not meet your expectations because it requires too much physical effort, this type of Yoga Chair is suitable for you.

Private Yoga Class

Yoga with your own private yoga teacher allows you to practice at a time that suits you best. The private yoga classes are designed to meet your needs and goals. In addition private yoga lessons allows more time for the teacher to give you the attention needed to develop and deepen your practice at your own pace. 


Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slower-paced yoga class that goes deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues. Stretches are held several minutes to target the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, helps increase flexibility, range of motion and bone density, and strengthens joints. You’ll also find that it’s a great way to train your mind to stay present and centre your focus.


Yoga at the Work Place

Yoga helps correct pain due to bad postures at work. It's a sound way to help with productivity, concentration and focus. Create a comfortable peaceful work environment, release unwanted tensions and stress. Save time by reducing extra travel time to a studio or gym. Flexible time is available.


Yoga by the Lake

Come connect with yourself and nature as you practice Yoga by the Lake every Tuesday at 6:30pm on the grounds of the Tadja Hall, situated at 21082 Lakeshore in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue.

Yoga in the Garden

Join us thoughout the summer to practice yoga in different outdoor garden settings of Hudson.

Improve the connection of your body, mind, and breath by immersing yourself in nurturing sounds, sunshine, and fresh air nature has to offer.
