EnergiZen trauma sensitive and chronic pain yoga therapy classes help anyone suffering from trauma such as military personnel and their families, first responders, and others who suffer from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).


This yoga class is about learning to be present in a safe space and discovering the magic of reconnecting body, mind and breath. Each posture and physical movement can be adapted to physical limitations and disabilities. Students are encouraged to just start where they are and do what they can.

The BFLF Women Veterans Program is offering virtual yoga classes!


Enjoy sessions of wellness from the comfort of your home, thanks to yoga classes provided by the Québec Veterans Fondation and Cynthia Maher of Energizen.

Learn to breathe, to develop a new relationship with the body and the ability to remain present.

These classes will be a fusion of basic gentle yoga postures and chair yoga.

The yoga for veterans program allows injured veterans the opportunity to practice yoga in a calm environment where we are surrounded by our peers. By having classes tailored ad-hoc, based on a veteran's injury or mood, the emphasis of being aware of oneself is achieved.
