Yoga allows you to find a new kind of freedom that you may not have known even existed.

YOGA FOR VETERANS
EnergiZen trauma sensitive and chronic pain yoga therapy classes help anyone suffering from trauma such as military personnel and their families, first responders, and others who suffer from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
This yoga class is about learning to be present in a safe space and discovering the magic of reconnecting body, mind and breath. Each posture and physical movement can be adapted to physical limitations and disabilities. Students are encouraged to just start where they are and do what they can.

Testimonials from veterans
The yoga for veterans program allows injured veterans the opportunity to practice yoga in a calm environment where we are surrounded by our peers. By having classes tailored ad-hoc, based on a veteran's injury or mood, the emphasis of being aware of oneself is achieved. Having the opportunity to participate in multiple classes, I encourage all veterans to attend a class with Ms. Maher. Namaste!
