I found Cynthia's yoga class by pure chance, and am now a devoted follower. Relaxed and informal, with a low teacher-student ratio, I look forward each week to my session. I have always been physically active, but have never enjoyed structured classes - designer spandex and headbands have never really appealed to me.

Yoga is a very personal challenge - an excellent workout, especially for stretching and flexibility, but there is absolutely no competition. Cynthia is low key, and an amazing teacher; we all work to our own abilities and our individual goals. Highly recommended!
