Cynthia's classes emphasize the development of breath awareness with sequences that challenge, promote balance and health, and invite exploration. Students are encouraged to listen to their body, adapt the postures to their body and explore their limits without exceeding them. There is no pressure or competition to push yourself into a pose. Instead, what you can do is what you should do, the goal being to gradually work towards an ideal pose for maximum benefit.
